i would say attack bombers

I would say Naval Bombers in most cases.

Strats are never your friend and should never be. If you want to guard coastline or in a navy based map like Pacific Conquest then I'd say Naval Bombers.

U have a point because they suck agains tfighters they deserve a buff. Naval bombers are only good against subs and battleships but are countered by cruisers
