At day change, which you can find in the newspaper. Check game info. section under the Index of Nations box. To figure out your local time for the day change, add the shown amount to your local time.

CoW game time is tied to Central European Time (CET). There are several time zone conversions online that will tell you the +/- hours from your time zone (at some point Daylight Savings Time might change it).Simon.Templar wrote:

Note: there seems to be slight variations between player generated World Herald (WH) articles and game time, as well as, when an event happens and when it's reported in the WH...but maybe I'm mistaken and just thought there was a bit of a lag.
