i am on pc and would like to have access on my cell or my tablet .
after app download it statrs me on a new ..

yes, you can logout and login with your old account.

Don’t click play at the start. Click login. If you already clicked play, then log out and login a again, if you can’t do that for some reason, delete the app and download it again, and then click login.

unfortunate my tab. keeps me in . is there a way to log off the while when i am in the at More // Account in the tablet ..

From account settings; Delete Account.
You can't have more than one account anyway, and this will effectively log you out of your new account, giving you the ability to log in with your old one.

the only problem though is you'd have to wait 2 days...

When opening the app on mobile there are two buttons:
PLAY: will create a new account and start a new game
LOGIN: will allow you to enter your username and password.
As there is no logout button you will have to delete the app and reinstall it to get back to the opening choice screen.
