it means the countries will not trade with each other, which include resource trade on the stock market and personal trade.
for example
USA trade embargo France
France cannot purchase resource from the stock market that came from the USA, and the USA cannot do the same from France.

It would be so much better if you can set a trade embargo on a country.
I.e. Spain an France agree not to trade with Germany.

I know, I was just saying that you can do it and that I have.
It's only on RP or on agreement you can trade block a country by two or more players.
If only you could cripple their economy by placing sanctions and blockades.
That would be great in RP games.
