I dont know about in game but Google has a decent translator.

Translator
I have excepted a challenge from an Italian alliance. The game is in Italian and I would like to know if there is a translator, or a way to switch it so my guys can communicate?

What I use. http://www.freetranslation.com/, be nice if you could cut and paste the messages out of the game. Instead I have to type it into notepad, select all, cut and past into that site to run the translation.

If there isn't a way to translate this would be a nice thread in the suggestions/criticism category.
