Playing my first game in CoW 1.5 and just occupied my first capital, but haven't gotten my bonus. Is it gone with the update?

So u must know that the bonuses given by enemy capitals are:
- a moral boost of 10% in each of ur provinces
- have of the money the country had
- a share of the recources of the cities production from the country owner
(So if ur enemy's capital was an oil city, u get some of the oil from the Player/Ai and half of its money while getting ur moral boost).
If I didn't answerd ur question.. What do u mean by a "bonus" u havent got?
I got the morale bonus (not sure about the resoruces) but I didn't get half the enemies money. Now you might think that he didn't have any money left, but the player became AI the same day that i took the capital so I find it hard to believe that he would have no financial reserves
AI's spend all of the players money faster than you can believe it.
If the player was new he could have High Command and queue units and buildings, so he would still lose money. If you captured his provinces it would also take somewhat money (200 per rural province) and, weren't you using queues too? The next item would then pay for itself and start processing once you have enough resources.Emil IT wrote:

I had the same situation recently where I took out the pakistani capital and got 46000 money. Sadly,I dont have screenshot cuz I was busy and didn’t think much about it. By the time, I realised how big that sum is. The msg disappeared cuz i was training a butt lot of troopsTomtheBuilder wrote:
