can troops recover health?? can my tanks or infantry recover health
Troops heal 15% of Lost health(not 15% overall health) every Daychange if they are in your land, ships heal at sea, transports and convoys do not heal, planes do not heal on carriers, but planes heal if operating from an airport you own.
