This definitely looks like a problem. There's plenty of other Greek cities in the area that can replace Tripoli so you won't have any Tripoli conflicts.

Two Tripoli
Now there is two province that share the name "tripoli" one in Greece and one in Africa, I wanted to bring this up since it's kinda odd.
I know there is a Tripoli in Greece and in Africa but using the newspaper I get confuse which is which.

Maybe if the change them to Tripoli(Greece) and Tripoli(Africa)?

Well, the Greek Tripoli could either be substituted by Patras (although I believe it's in the map already) Kalamata or Sparti.
The past is a foreign country.
