I don't know of any current ones. The costs and values are updated a couple times per year.
One player made a battle calculator that works fairly well, although some of the values are outdated now.

I mean you can combine many things from the community created guides section and make it a guide as spreadsheet without guides will not be useful. I suggest having detailed explanation next to it. Spredsheets that say normal abilities may not be very useful as it is already a 'copy and paste' thing from the game
The problem is the game interface is not user friendly when it comes to things like comparing a Lv1 Infantry to a Lv2.
I want a matrix, where at a glance, I can compare values and make a build decision without a bunch of clicks.
It may be due to me being a newbie and not knowing all the values yet.

@suntso The database and unit values are not exact in this game as their is an x-factor. However one of our COW and forum members made dxcalc.com as @VorlonFCW said. It mostly depends on what you want ad attack and defend values are readily available. We can create some sort of spreadsheet together with a few other forum members but I just want to know the format
Help! I'm freakin new here and I dont know what happened to my tutorial. It's bugged, I clicked the gold button to speed up the research but it didnt work. Instead a window popped up and showed that I had no gold??? Game 3030990.

This is different from CON/Supremacy forum where mods love to move things. We just keep it here even if it is in the wrong place.
So I'm working on a unit browser tool.
I have questions :
A) Do build costs and support costs always remain the same for a unit, regardless of level?
B) Does speed in friendly and enemy provinces ever vary from 80% and 50%?
C) On the unit info panel, is the Current Production time always the same for a specific unit & level?
A commendable initiative, this is sorely missing! Note that there are frequent rebalances though, which aren't always published by development, so this will always be a work in progress and prone to inconsistencies.
As for your questions:
A) Afaik, yes.
B) Yes, it is also affected by infrastructure level in the province.
C) This is a guess, but I would THINK yes.
Note that there is ONE unit where build requirements are different for various levels of equipment: Rockets L1 require airbase L1, higher levels require airbase L2.
Also, it looks like HP are always the same for each specific unit for all levels.

Designing a spreadsheet that was useful seemed to be problematic.
So I created a tool instead.
