The group is usually the average of all the units...the single is just the single units. Sometimes when a weak unit in a group is destroyed, the overall condition increases. This may be why groups are sometimes higher condition than single units.
Unit/Force condition boxes
I notice that in these boxes you see a large icon to the left and within, smaller icons of all those units attached to it. No problem
However under both is a condition line which varies from red to green. No problem.
The problem I do have is that for a single 'enemy' unit the condition line for the group is not the same for the individual unit. Usually the group condition is showing much higher than the smaller one.
Why is this? When there are multiple units ok they are degraded at different rates, but a single unit?

No you have not read my question correctly. I agree with your answer when there is more than one unit. I am talking about a single unit. Is this a glich?
when there is a single unit itβs just the units health that is displayedBladeFisher wrote:

That's the point. They are often different, hence my question. But I do have a theory.
The main condition box shows the condition hourly, the smaller icon shows the damage as it takes place.
I donβt think so....the small icon show each units health and the average of them all is the large iconBladeFisher wrote:

Yay Iβm a senior chief warrant officer now!!! ![]()
That doesnt explain that FOR A SINGLE UNIT IT DIFFERS.
Sorry pal but what is it in this simple post you don't get? If something - one unit is rated at say 40% yellow and the small icon shows it at red - your argument is pants. With more than unt there is no disagreement it is an average. But an average of 1 is 1 !
Indeed earlier I saw what was happening. After hitting this thing relentlessly it showed 20% yet the big icon went back 1 minute later to 64%. So I suggest it is a glich. or the 1 hour later theory I put forward has some truth about it.
I am not trying to have a row but you just don't get the fact I was referring to just one unit!

The numbers for condition and combat strength/efficiency are different. Perhaps this is what you are seeing?

Perhaps it was also old spy info when he moved in/out of vision range. That would explain why the health jumped back up. It could also be that not all parts of the client received the game state update, which could be resolved by refreshing / reloading the game.
Next time it happens you can post a screenshot so it is better understandable what the problem is.
Yeah ok guys. I appreciate your help in trying to sort it and I am not trying to be awkward or anything.
This issue is only noticeable when the defending force is a single force. So say the defender was the Nigerian 14th Armoured Car Brigade and it contained just one unit - an armoured car (obviously) you get a coloured bar beneath the main icon on the left and the insert icon (the individual force). Only in the left hand box do you get its condition as a %.
However looking closely, and I have had this a lot, with a single unit the condition bar deteriorates faster than the % shown. When I posted I assumed it was because the individual fprce icons were showing what happened after each hit and the left hand box perhaps the hourly total. What I couldn't get was this thing seemed indestructable in the main condition box but was getting pulverised in the small icon unit box (which was the real picture) so I thought there might be a lag.
With more than unit in a force then I agree and can see how it averages out.
