If you upgrade a building (ex. lvl1 ordnance to lv2) the building time will be reduced for building ordnance in that city. But there is a minimum it will take, it will not always keep reducing the unit production time.

Unit reduction build time
Hello, when I build barracks,ordanance factory,tank plant,airfield... It says they reduce build time for units. is this for ALL units or only for units those buildings produce?
