Upgrading Railroad Guns
I have heard rumors that players aren't able to upgrade their railroad guns from level 1 to level 2. Is this true? Is it intentional, or is it just a bug?

its fair. Players can spam level 1 can then upgrade to level 2Captain Shawn wrote:

Isn’t that the point of upgrading… Otherwise, skip upgrading won’t be so popular
