Yes, revolts are a rainbow. Place troops( and who can spare them?) in province city and check morale"i" and see what % chance of revolt. Get it to around 5% and wait for day change. The biggest problem is when conquering many provinces is that surrounding provinces morale level affects the morale level of each. There is no 'sure fire' method to predict if and when revolt will occur, but rising morale and troops help you anticipate fate.
uprisings
And yet another province and armored car at 80% gone to Spain due to an uprising.Spain is an ally in this game for now otherwise it would be yet another unnecassary war.exactly how many units do I have to leave to stop an uprising and shouldn't a country I am at war with take the province or maybe that is just a new part of the game.no point in leaving anything behind anymore like I said I would rather take just the province and not my own units with it.giving units to other players for free really sucks and it happens every day now

Always leave a troop behind. If you do that and wait for the morale to reach 35%, it will be nearly impossible for a successful uprising to occur. Only happened once to me like that.Grodd wrote:

luckily Spain has no problem giving back all that was lost to uprisings.even leaving 2 doesnt work.I will reclaim them empty if need be.nothing will be left behind.
I don't leave anything behind anymore, the faster it drops to revolt the sooner its at 38% with out troops. Now revolting might be different on the 100 player map, but half of the captured territories throughout 4 countries (about 100 territories) were burning and only 5 of them switched from the original conquering army owner. The game is adjusted now (to me) that you are just stream-rolling and trying to keep the momentum large.
Love to hate em but without them it would like playing risk with that guy who captures a line 20 territories in one turn....I hate that guy.
I actually think uprisings are good but not when they take my units at 80% or higher,or splits my units(gives 1 to me and 1 to another)
for me I only leave a milicia or an AA and it usually works

"I came, I saw, I conquered" Written in a report to Rome 47 B.C., after conquering Pharnaces at Zela in Asia Minor in just five days; as quoted in Life of Caesar by Plutarch; reported to have been inscribed on one of the decorated wagons in the Pontic triumph, in Lives of the Twelve Caesars, Julius, by Suetonius.

Usually, if the % is below 15%, you should be okay.

Only happened to me once in 1 year of playing. And that unit was a 100% strong commando. 10% AA has never failed me.Funske wrote:
