uprisings
It says that an uprising could return province to previous owner.I had 2 armored cars in a province I took from germany.An uprising turned 1 of those armored cars yugoslavian and started a war.Is this suppose to happen

happened again.turned my tank spanish this time.I share map with Spain so no big deal right now.I leave something there to control the uprisings and it turns my tanks.might as well go back to leaving nothing there.It is easier to take it back with nothing there than kill one of your own tanks.yugoslavia got my tank and the province on the last one

Low morale/low Str. units are not good for preventing Provincial rebellions especially if one's own nation-wide Morale average % is lower than those of neighbouring countries.
But, it is correct that it is often better to let the Province have a chance to revolt than to possibly lose one's low Morale/low Str. units.
Another consideration: have a few high Morale/high Str. units on hand during day change to be more confident one neither loses the Province or the units.

fortunately I do not use my tanks in battle on this game and all have high morale.I like saving my ground units.they are rarely used in battle.and the tank that was sitting there hasn,t been in battle in at least a week.Until yesterday half of my army has been sitting around Spain
