You can try reporting it. I’ve reported those issues before and nothing was done. Other players I know have had success getting players banned from games for that.

Use of Nazi symbols
For the second time within a couple of weeks I have joined a game where one of the coalitions is using a graphic Reichskriegflagge. The first time I advised them to change it. I am not sure if this new game has the same leader.
Whilst it doesnt cause offence to me it is both illegal on Bytro's website and offensive to some.
What can be done. It may be that these guys are ignorant or maybe dont care but it has been noted.
