where can I find my total victory point?

when my total victory point reach the solo or coalition victories does that the game will stop at that point or it can still carry on?

If I found a player is likely to hold 2 accounts and play in the same game, how could I report?

You can find each player's Victory Points both in the Newspaper under the Index of Nations or in the Diplomacy window.

When victory conditions are met, the game will end.

depends what game it is, some need 1k++, some need 300+

Just go in your game newspaper, click game info (under the point count at the top right) and you can see how many points you need.
