vote to end game in 100 person match

So in the regular games, once it gets down to three active players, you have the option to vote to end the game. In the 100 player games has this number been raised or is it still the last three active players?

Obviously if you just sit around and build no army and don't expand there isn't an issue, but who would want that?
Is this what you mean by sitting around w/o an army and don't expand?: OBVIOUSLY I am Indochina (824 provs)OBVIOUSLY I do have a large army to be able to fight with 5 enemies on 6 fronts on 3 continents

OBVIOUSLY I should have a food problem according to you....

BUT... obviously I don't. (positive on food: +1126/hr now, though this a temporary spike, which will go back to +100)

OBVIOUSLY you should therefore not have a food problem too, like so many others don't have it, i.e.: Purplepizza, Joneleth, Sabalkus etc.

Ah, yes, that is correct.

The 'food-fix' has destroyed more than 1 dimension of the game, and basically just 'fixed' the laziness and lack of insight of other players.

Well done devs... not...

Eh.

Well I guess there must be more food provinces in the areas you've conquered than in South A and mexico and east pacific areas.

Also you may have taken a lot more capitals.

I've been at war from the beginning with almost no end, perhaps you've had some breaks. Idk there must be some explanation because NM and Indo have similar food provs.

Yep! I have noticed that this specific group of forum-users gets fairly off-topic usually.
