Weird "Alliance" Messages

I keep getting a weird message from random users with default usernames(user- and then a jumble of numbers) with the subject of "Alliance Mail," a request to join some non-existent alliance, and then that random user(probably a bot) requesting to add me on discord. Can someone take a look into this spam and see if we can end it because it's really annoying.
