what are the negaitive affects to having no oil food or goods
Sorry if this has all ready been asked but i could not find it. What are side effects to having no oil, food or goods. As far as i can tell no food means moral begins to drop in your country, but what are other side effects?

Moral drops in his provinces.
Units only desert very slowly.

units only desert simultaneously with rebelling province, IMO. I have not yet had a unit desert by itself, if it was not in a province that rebelled.
