What does it take to report multi accounting?
What kind of evidence? Asking because I should report a player, but I'm not going to spend time investigating ISPs and what not.

Go to the bug report in-game and mention the player game number and specifics of the issue and then send it. A game operator will get the report and investigate.

...or as in my current case: wait it out and see. Cheaters are often bad players, so they can be eliminated despite their unfair advantage. He had half the world and still couldn't bring the ship home...

If you report them, this may also help players that are in other rounds with them.
