I believe that is cease fire. Itβs rarely used and you need to have been at war for it to even be an option.

I've been searching the forums for a while and I can't find the meaning of this flag. Can someone please tell me?

Why is the enemy's ceasefire a blue circle on own perspective, but it is orange for one's own?
That's what I'm asking, it looks weird and it's the first time that I'm seeing a flag like this.
(don't reply to this don't want to revive this threaad.)
It is when you have been at cease fire for long enough for it to be considered peace. Equivlent of a trade embargo, and is only used under special circumstances.
