High level armored cars, interceptors, naval bombers. These are the ones I remember. There may be more.

Units that reveal commandos should say "reveal stealth units" in their unit description, so check the units in the research tab.

Also higher level Motorized Infantry.

With an upcoming update we will change the stealth mechanics a little bit.
