what to do

imagine :

i ( the soviet union ) entered a war with spain the strongest country in the match.

our forces destroyed every country in its way

now i won and europe is totally destroyed note : UK is aggressive with me as it was harmed in the war scandivania is my big province

what should i do ?

1- REBUILD EUROPE , BUT THIS IS EXPENXIVE

2- NOT TO REBUILD EUROPE AND MOVE YOUR FORCES FOR ANOTHER COUNTRY , BUT I ALREADY HAVE LOW MORALE

3- NOT TO REBUILD EUROPE

what should i do ?
