When is the 100 player maps created?

I think the next one is created when the previous one is full, but I'm not completely sure of that.

Correct, or after 14 days if they don't get full.

I have a real beef with how the map filling was last changed. It is ridiculous to have to wait weeks on end for a 100 player map to fill to 100%. If you are not paying attention the game will start and you might not even notice for days, then you are way behind; worse yet is 90% of the players have moved on and don't even play when the game is activated. I just played a game where only 8 players actually played (out of 100 real players). This needs changing.
