When to get spies

when you need them

I usually start buying them when I don't need the cash for other purposes anymore (market buying etc), and when I have more than 100K or something around that which is like day 5-6 or something like that.

Of course I sometimes buy them earlier when there is a very specific need for them, but usually there isn't.
