Where's my goods?

I hadn't logged in for 20 hours. My goods production is 224/h. I only have 736 goods now, that's like worth 3 hours. I'm puzzled, is it a bug or a spy? I did upgrade goods industry to level 2 but i don't think that gave me +200 goods/h or anything like that. ?(

There are multiple options:

1: You have a Premium Account and so you had buildings or units in queue

2: Spies on economical sabotage

It's not due to the market because that's deducted as soon as you put your resources up for sale.
