Who to talk to about being banned
So I was banned, and I sent a message to support, I was mainly wondering if there was a way to get a faster response than that. I don't want to go inactive in my games even though it is going to happen.

@MontanaBB I'm only in charge of the moderation half, not the Game Operators
@Dr. Leipreachan would be the person to go to. Best chance is to create a bug report pointing out you were wrongfully banned by the automated system. Developers are already working to fix the issue.
