Why am I not getting earned gold?

I played a game called "touch and catch" on super rewards. I'm supposed to get gold after 25 points and I got 32 points. If anyone has some relevant information on how to deal with it, please share!

Please wait a couple business days to make sure your gold is not processed, first. If no gold, please click the support button on the bottom of the buy/earn gold window. File a report containing all details you can about the free gold offer.

its a rip off dont do the free get gold stuff. theyre taking you by the leg
