Why aren't any of my threads being approved?

I posted a first thread 7 days ago in the Rp section, advertising an upcoming RP. It was inaccessible and was never unlocked. I still have not gotten an explanation for this. A few days in, I messaged in the questions & answers section to try to see what the hell was going on. Same thing, thread locked. And finally 1-2 days ago I replied in a thread for new moderators asking them to please lmk what's going on because I was so infuriated at that point that, you know, whatever.

Please.

Please tell me wtf is going on and why are the forums so incompetent?
