Why can't I reply to the "Advanced Tips & Tricks" thread?

I have an expert tip I would like to contribute to that thread, but it won't let me reply in it. Am I the only one that can't reply, or is that thread closed off for everyone?

As far as I can see, everyone is banned from entering anything to that section of the forums unless (and I think this is a bug) you're a new forum member and your posts haven't been verified, meaning with a mod's permission they could enter stuff into those threads. Just a hunch tho. You're always welcome to create a new thread or just put your reply here

I'll create a new thread for it I guess. But not until tomorrow. I already made 2 threads in the last hour and I don't wanna be one of these dum-dums that make like 8 threads a day.
