Why does 'Collect reward' not give any reward
I sometimes get this message 'Click here to collect your reward'. I browse all items on the list of the page it redirects me to, but there's nothing to collect. Just info on next level requirements. And my total gold remains the same.
What's up with that?

Some rewards are available for pick-up instantly - others with a delay.

It can take up to 24 hours for the reward to be available and for it to be credited. This depends on server cycles more than anything else as achievements take a lower priority than gameplay.
