on the 22 player "Clash of Nations" map,

Crimea was dropped from the diplomacy menu.

but still has a flag on the non-WebGL GUI.

It used to have the Hungarian flag. This may be progress if it has no flag at all

This is on the list of bugs that are awaiting time to fix. As it doesn’t affect a player country it it not an urgent bug.

Crimea usually doesn't last longer than a couple of days anyway. Just invade the country if it's such an eyesore. *le shurg

If that bug is still on the waiting list, why do we have sound imputes now? I like it but I think leaving a thing on the waiting list and having it the day after tomorrow isn't helping.

Crimea is a disputed territory and i think assigning a flag would be difficult because of this. Yes there are many other disputed countries/territories but this one is the most recent to erm, without trying to upset anyone, 'change hands'.

No. Fighters & Naval Bombers can. Check Research Tree - Air, it states if an aircraft is Carrier Based under Info.

The Tac bomber needs to be level 4 to go on AC.
