I am in a aemerica homefront map round and the hawaii country has random provinces like in new yorka and mineesota. and its only day 1 and 2 hours after staret of the game. so how did they get troop there so fast?
and whill they attak me too?

For players from the USA, the America Homefront map is their tutorial map. So, when new players from the USA join, Hawaii will take one of their provinces, and they will have to use their armies to take that province back.
In the case where the player quits the game before they can take back the province, the morale will drop and it will rebel back to its original country.
Similar to how Karelia, Syria and others take a province from new players in the Clash of Nations map.

In Clash of Nations, depending on which country the new user picks, either Karelia, Syria, or Western Sahara will be the country that takes one of their provinces.

Just homefornt and CoN
If you're closer in proximity to Karelia, it's either Syria or Western Sahara. If you're closer to Western Sahara, it's either Syria or Karelia, and if you're closer to Syria, it's Western Sahara or Karelia. It chooses the country furthest away and uses that to attack you. I was in homefront not that long ago, and I think Hawaii is the default for everyone. In the CoN map, there's a risk that, if there's only one country doing the province tutorial thing, one of the tutorial players will border it directly, which can result in an actual war, which is of course not the intention. In the Homefront map, Hawaii is conveniently located across the Pacific Ocean, with no borders to anyone. This is probably why.
