Why does Portugal have this province in Indonesia?

On the HWW map, Portugal starts the map owning this random province in Indonesia called Dili. I don't remember them having this before. Why do they have it?

Historically, Portugal owned the area now known as East Timor. Or Timor-Leste. Indonesia took it from Portugal at one point, but it eventually gained freedom.

I see... is this one of those new 2.0 things? I don't remember this being there in 1.0, and I would play Netherlands in ACAI all the time.

Incidentally they haven't rectified this in ACAI yet. If they ever plan to, and Portugal is pretty popular

Basically, it was a mistake on their behalf. Dili was at that yime in Portugal, changed in HWW a year or so ago. Thanks @Lord Crayfish. 0/10 unnoble.
