Why is Italy's capital Pretoria?
In a HWW round, Italy, who only has one province left (Cagliari) shows their capital as being at Pretoria (in South Africa) when in reality they don't even have a capital at all.

Basically it's needs to show capital but since Italy doesn't have a capital it shows a random city you see it all the time

If the nearby Italian colony in East Africa did not occupy Pretoria,it is strange why it will show as its capitol.

If there was a Nigeria on a HWW map with only one province and the capitol showed Pretoria then yes "To represent the Nigerians of Pretoria" would've been the correct statement.
