Why is the build queue feature reserved for members of High Command?

My free High Command membership for signing up has recently expired and I noticed that the build queue feature is reserved for members of High Command and I want to know why because I see it as BS because it is so convenient just to queue the production of one unit so that it can start being produced immediately after the buildings required to produce the unit are complete or another unit is finished being produced.

Membership has its privileges. If you're playing the game for free, those High Command paid memberships are subsidizing your free play. Enjoy.

It's really not that expensive, I pay for it 6 months at a time and it's only $5\mo. that way. Small price to pay to be able to set rally points, queue builds and set fire controls on units. Throw in the ability to play Elite AI games for and it basically pays for itself if you play often enough.

Small price to pay if you don't want to set your alarm to wake you up at 3:15 a.m. to start your Battleship Level 2 research after your Medium Tank Level 1 research is completed.

lol, yes being able to queue research would be a welcomed addition to the High Command benefit!

Why? Because they payed for it and you didn't.

You all have now made me understand, thank you.
