I think it is to stop people making multi-accounts and trading away important provinces to their main account so they can win a game easier. Other than that, I don't know.

I don't understand the reason for the limitation of provinces transfer to 3 during a game. I can see the reason behind limiting the transfers to one per day, this way certain abuses are prevented, but why is there this total limit? I feel it prevents some legit possible strategies, especially in the RP games, while there's no evident reason for the limitation.
So, can somebody explain me what I'm missing?

Ok, that 1/day limit is quite useful in the above case. But, if one uses multiple accounts, not the province transfer is the most important peril, but resources and troops transfer. It makes much more sense for a cheater to keep the core provinces to each account, instead of trading them to his other account - no 75% penalty on resources, no drop in morale on the transfer.
You can't trade away your whole army and it is only a small bit each day too. As for res, you can trade hoards of that stuff.
Why you keep that restrict ? If you play 5 vs 5. If your allies loose more than 4 regions, and you conquer for him. You can give all back ? just 4 ?
I think it's about balancing, especially on multiple account case to limit it and/or stop It.

Cant block multiple accounts ? if i play 5 vs 5 i dont want to keep his core province if is ally. His province give me just 25% resources... him give 100%....
it is really nice feature, so russia (on 22th map) cant sell whole npc territory ( cossack republik for example) to Canada (for example) so even if they are ally they cant help each other very well. (3 provinces are more then enough --> more then 1 provinces for each true ally [since retire win is only for 3 player possible]) Stop blaming rules (game mechanic) if you cant handle it, it is not fault of rulemakers.
I think the devs will remove the limit only on alliance match though.
If not... give me just 1 reason why you take 1 core region who was at your allies and you dont give it back ? You dont make nothing with your allies core region, no ? just 25% resurces ...V1nd1cat0r wrote:

That 25% can be quite a bit.

It's so you can't just give all your provinces to a friend if you decide to leave, or cheat nevertheless.
If you want to leave and transfer all, you'd have to wait 1 day / province. The normal number of provinces is 40 - if one wants to leave, I don't see how he would wait for at least 40 days to do just that.NorthKing wrote:

I already said - I've got nothing against the 1 / day limit. It's the "3 max" rule that I cannot understand - and I did not see any serious reasons in here.
