Why my friend got removed from game after 10 min???

Anyone know what the meaning of this???

my friend he said that he got the mail send to him by the system and it said that "he was left the game 10 min and didnt come back to the game in that time and that why he got removed from the game" and now he cannt even enter the game(map)..

Ps. Sorry for my bad Eng.

Ps2. He is a newbie.

When you join a game with free country selection you have to actually select a country.

If you sit looking at the country selection menu and do not choose you will have to restart the process after 10 minutes.
