Why my posts dont get approve?

I be posting for almost a week now and only 1 gets approved out of dozens

You need to wait for a long time. When I was still a recruit not long ago, I waited for nearly a week as well

Not a thread, but he did make a video on his channel. Just search for a few mins and I'm sure you'll find it.
