As of April 15, Bytro revealed that they are considering bringing heroes to Cow.
What are heroes?

Pros for heroes include enhanced gameplay, while cons include a pay to win addition and harder strategy.

No absolutely not. Bytro needs to make the game more strategic not powerful unit- centric.

Yeah heroes could be cool if done right, like earned through gameplay, not cash. Otherwise, just makes it unfair.
