as long you are not marked inactive, your stats are influenced. That mean first 2 days after archiving commonly.
Would your stats be lowered if you put a game to archive, example your kd goes down
Im just curious to know. Would appreciate it if someone answered

It's done so good players couln't just simply archive the game and avoid loses when they meet someone on even lvl with them
I've actually had decent enemy that let me cut a deal where they give me 2 days to go inactive and then they can go and grab my territories. This only works from a position of strength where they know fighting you will be very costly for them.

I made such deals too with coalitions of an alliance on the world at war. I allowed the enemy to go AFK, they gave me shared maps before leaving and moved their army to sea where my navy and naval bombers could take them out easily. We put a unit in every city of their coalition and basically took out every single city at day change. Their army lost at sea in a whim. All that was left to do was taking the empty rural provinces. We took the half of Asia that way in less than a day.

Most of the time players just quit and then you run them over. No one knows the Art of the Deal.

now, since many monthes you can just go as far as possible away and let own country undefended, as long all provinces are conquered your units will be removed from round without KD losses.
and they just let you do it? Why?BMfox wrote:

the war is lost for them , no point to continue fighting but they still have divs that can deal decent casualties to BMFOX army so they do this to keep their stats . Its a win-win.whowh wrote:

We were in Africa, took Europe and the Middle East. Another alliance was in Asia. They lost the war and to preserve their stats they proposed to move all their remaining armies to sea and give us shared maps. They did this to preserve their KD and province retainment ratio. We agreed because that was a very easy take over for us. We had to wait two days and were able to take almost whole of Asia in just a day. We would never have been able to take all of Asia in just 3 days otherwise. It was a WIN, WIN situation for both parties and they proposed it. Amerika Erwa, in our case AE2 has a good reputation and we fought them two months earlier in an AvA.whowh wrote:
