Everyone in the circle dies (it should stop rebellions as people would be too dead to rebel)

Yellow Circle of Nuclear Bomb
How many days it takes ?
will all units get damage in circle ally or enemy ?
If I send a unit to capture there after bomb. Can it invade there without die ?

hmm interesting 'too dead'. If 'slightly dead' would they survive?
