dont fight on plains against enemies you cant produce many armored units with this country
your country is small and weak for expensive toys , as far as I remember you have only one oil province
so tanks are bad choices for yugoslavia
you need pedestrian units like infantry , artillery , anti tank , anti air , rocket artillery and as comintern doctrine you are good at all of them
you can use your limited oil for cruisers and armored cars
maybe some rocket fighters too if you need
