It needs to be properly set-up if it's made, no-offence, but 1910 wasn't very clear at first, therefore I propose that we have to agree on all rules and publish them on the newspaper and in a thread in the RP Channel that notifies everyone before it starts.

Agreed - I had some rules I thought we were gonna post for the 1910, but we just… didn’t.
