The Continental Army was garbage, they'd lose to London's garrison

They can't even defeat a foe across the ocean, with three major powers helping

Even if you add France, you'd just have to send some Egyptians, Russians, and Iberians

And they'd be taken care of, but everyone hates the French, with their snail sucking, frog cooking, garlic stench!

During the war, the British Army became an actually well drilled force, comparable to France and Prussia

The fact they even managed to nearly win until Saratoga and three major powers coming after them is relatively impressive
