Plus the Destroyer, Sub, Battleship combo is very rock, paper, scissors.
It's Heavy Tanks to simulate that they would have massive amounts of health, but weren't as effective as infantry, it's not too accurate, but it makes it more realistic because that's how tanks would have been.
We should ask an AI, or figure out what levels to allow, because I'm conscious that limiting levels might just make some things that should be really good useless, like bombers.
But Cruisers did exist, ships of that size. It would be unrealistic to remove them. Plane attacks on sips were not to power at this time anyway.
Them being heavy tanks is understandable. They basically acted like heavy tanks in this era.

I think that the level restrictions should be lessened for the allied doctrine nations because their doctrine centers around quality over quantity.
The Russian navy should be better than the ottomans but worse than the Italian

Russia will have to build a fleet. We will not force anything in this regard. Maybe the UK and possibly Germany could have a naval advantage, but itβs up to them to actually choose what units they want and make them.That polish guy wrote:
