Alright. Youβll have to take something like Algeria, and use it to take over. Youβll be very weak sadly but it gets the job done!

I actually think that most of Africa (the bit in Clash of Nations), isn't colonised, Egypt is a puppet, only Tunisia and North Algeria are directly French, Morroco is independent and Libya isn't Italian.
