You can have them but you can't build them yourself. You need to buy them

Its buys them from Germany under contract so you will have to buy them from Germany

Cuba is determined to build its own navy, it has several decommissioned Soviet subs and they got one from North Korea a few years back, I will RP the development of the Caribbeans first home built sub and work my way up slowly will contract Russia for nuclear energy to get a Cuban nuclear program going and the eventual development with heavy technical assistance(instead of buying a nuke sub I will research and build it but "pay" for the sub via fees for the assistance of the sponsoring country). After being embargoed for over 50 years, the Caribbeans has proven itself to be very self sufficient(and take very good care of their ancient 50 year old cars) and the idea of buying its equipment from another nation instead of producing it itself is an alien concept(I will buy a few units for my scientists to reverse engineer but the focus will be on producing my own Navy. My goal is to become a strong Naval power by the time war is allowed with one of the strongest navies in the atlantic, since per the rules the Caribbeans is not allowed to have a navy I will make building one the central focus of my RP to justify it

Sadly Cuba will not be allowed to build its own navy domestically, even though you may wish to roleplay it, it is not possible due to the fact that if i let Cuba create its own Navy then other players will want to increase what they can build and it will end up being a huge headache for me to manage and it will lead to nations having unrealistically domestically made technology.

You will not be able to "Build your own submarines and Nuclear Submarines" even if you roleplay about a country sponsoring your nuclear program you will still have to have another country build that submarine in one of its harbors and then have the sponsoring country transport it to cuba and trade it to your nation.

I understand this may be disappointing for you since it is a major focus on your Roleplay however you can still roleplay this by having a nation such as Russia build Naval Vessels in their harbors for your nation but claim that the designs are Cuban made

long America has stood still, we have allowed groups of terror to spread

suffering. But to stop those who wish to do us harm is a long road and a

hard one. So not only will we both work to stop terror but help those

nations that are crippled by terror. The bombings in Paris among others

are prime examples of what our enemies are capable of. To fight fire,

sadly, we must use fire. To live in peace, extermination must be a

reality. However sad this is it is the harsh truth and unless we act now

their will be nothing to act for. We will rebuild, we will help, we

will do everything in our power to create order out of chaos. But make

no mistake, a storm is coming unlike anything you've ever seen before.

One that will cleanse the Earth for better or for worse. The soldiers of

order stand guard against the forces of darkness. We will prevail, we

will come out the victor, however extreme the terrain, however hard the

fight, we will prevail. We will push against the forces of dark and

terror until their very walls crumble around them. These threats of

terror no longer have a place here. The United States of America is on

the task and nothing will stand in the way. Be warned!

Hello Everyone,

So pretty much I removed alot of the "Red" sections in what countries are allowed to build this is due to players that could build "4 Level 5 Interceptors" will have to spend thousands of resources to research the units just to build four interceptors so I outright removed them and players will now just have to buy them from other countries and in the long run this will be much cheaper.

Am i allowed to build in my rebel land anything in terms of buildings(accept nuclear reactors obviously) or am i holding it at some levels?

so after a lot of talking I have decided to make the region of the Balkans which would have been four players (Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia) in one country which will be Serbia.

This does not mean that Yugoslavia exists because it does not in the role play however the Serbia player will control all of the provinces of Yugoslavia and they will be considered his.

The reason of this is to add a little counterweight and perhaps tension in Europe.

So yes Serbia is now all of Yugoslavia anyone interested?
