Basic Timeline
Start Date: January, 1st 2015
It has been a little less than a year now since the Russian Federation officially annexed the Crimean Peninsula from the Ukraine due to the ousting of Pro-Russian Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and due to increasing Anti-Russian Sentiment in Ukraine. In the Donbass region of the country Civil War continues to run rampant throughout the region with Pro-Russian Rebels taking control of the Donetsk and Luhansk provinces of Ukraine while being supposedly supplied by the Russian Government.
In the Middle East the Syrian Civil War rages on with hundreds of thousands of civilians and soldiers dying so far in what has become one of the deadliest conflicts in the Twenty First Century.
In the East the Peoples Republic of China continues to expand its hold in the South China Sea with continued naval build up and creation of artificial islands to protect China's interests in the region.
The world is becoming increasingly volatile and some say it is only a matter of time before another major war will break out. The question is which side of that war will you be on?

What would be cool and a great source of RP is if any country can develop Nuclear weapons, as of course all the big nations wouldnt want that to happen imagine the US reaction to Cuba building its own nukes! Also JP whats with the doom and gloom forum signature?

There will be a small list of countries that can develop nuclear weapons such as north Korea, Iran etc.
Countries with no intention of developing nuclear weapons currently will not be allowed to have them

Jhon be nice, I find role playing very fun and it is my pass time if you think differently keep it to yourself.
Shadow hawk is obviously very very excited about this role play which Is why he is making these suggestions and there is nothing that makes me happier than players that are extremely interested in my roleplays.
Thank you very much for your suggestion shadow and in the event the role play lasts until very late game (day 70ish) I will possibly allow other countries to start nuclear programs

It's funny it really happened. USA, Russia and China sold, if not finished nuclear warheads then nuclear technology to Israel, Iran and North Korea.. If it would be allowed in very late game, i think it should be limited only to cases similar to this above and in objective circumstances and level of relations like that was..
