Basic Timeline
Start Date: January, 1st 2015
It has been a little less than a year now since the Russian Federation officially annexed the Crimean Peninsula from the Ukraine due to the ousting of Pro-Russian Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and due to increasing Anti-Russian Sentiment in Ukraine. In the Donbass region of the country Civil War continues to run rampant throughout the region with Pro-Russian Rebels taking control of the Donetsk and Luhansk provinces of Ukraine while being supposedly supplied by the Russian Government.
In the Middle East the Syrian Civil War rages on with hundreds of thousands of civilians and soldiers dying so far in what has become one of the deadliest conflicts in the Twenty First Century.
In the East the Peoples Republic of China continues to expand its hold in the South China Sea with continued naval build up and creation of artificial islands to protect China's interests in the region.
The world is becoming increasingly volatile and some say it is only a matter of time before another major war will break out. The question is which side of that war will you be on?

just a small update on the role play
At the moment we are finishing up our landswaps
Russia, China, India, Australia and China and of course the United states have almost finished their landswaps we are planning to have the to start in 3-4 days

Role play: I have role played on other strategies before, but not on call of war.
Sample article:
Today President Enrique Pena Nieto made a public announcement in Mexico City. He is promising a New Mexico. A Mexico free from the iron fist of the cartel, where people will not have to fear being harmed while going about their everyday business. Already, under this President's rule, several major drug cartel strongholds have been raided out by the police, and many high ranking drug officials have been arrested. Another goal of his administration is to clean up corruption on every level of government and post just and upright rulers over Mexico. The last major goal is to boost the economy of Mexico and create more jobs. He is doing this by strengthening the national infrastructure and constructing more factories. We hope that in the coming years we can make this dream a reality and lift Mexico to a place of power in the western world.

the EU is in game it is up to members of the EU to make it relevant or not Finland can join NATO after lots and lots of role playing but remember it would piss off russia (ME) :p
